Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the phillucky platform available at phillucky.net (hereinafter referred to as "phillucky," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with phillucky's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using phillucky and close any account you may have registered. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and phillucky. phillucky reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated via the Platform or by email to your registered address.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

To register and maintain an account on phillucky, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations and is non-negotiable. phillucky does not permit access to any person under the age of 21, regardless of jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not register as players.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of phillucky or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from phillucky or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

phillucky reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by phillucky may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Account Registration

To access phillucky's gaming services, you must create a single registered account. The following rules apply to all phillucky accounts:

1. One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold only one active phillucky account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phillucky Login credentials, including your username and password. phillucky will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4. Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify phillucky immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of your account security.
5. KYC Verification: phillucky may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage. This may include submission of a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
6. Account Non-Transferability: Your phillucky account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

phillucky reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on phillucky are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits. phillucky accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and select over-the-counter channels, subject to availability. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your phillucky account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider, though processing times may vary.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. phillucky reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are published in the Platform's help section. phillucky is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, or Philippine banks.

4.3 Source of Funds. By depositing funds into your phillucky account, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorized owner of the payment method used. phillucky complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities.

4.4 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. phillucky reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, as published on the Platform.

Bonuses & Promotions

phillucky offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions tied to Philippine occasions such as Independence Day (June 12), PBA season events, and other local celebrations.

The following general terms apply to all phillucky bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified on each promotion page.
• Bonuses are credited to your phillucky account in Philippine Peso (₱) and may only be used on eligible games as specified per promotion.
• phillucky reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of cancellation will be honored.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.
• phillucky reserves the right to determine whether a player has attempted to abuse a bonus offer. Abuse includes, but is not limited to, registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to fulfill wagering requirements, or colluding with other players.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

Specific promotion terms published on the phillucky Platform take precedence over these general bonus terms in the event of any conflict.

Gameplay Rules

phillucky offers a range of gaming products including Lucky Dice, Monster Crash, Bingo, Slots, and live casino games. The following general gameplay rules apply across all phillucky products:

6.1 Game Integrity. All games on phillucky use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. phillucky does not manipulate game outcomes in any way beyond the published house edge or return-to-player (RTP) rates for each game.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Wagers. Each game on phillucky has published minimum and maximum wager limits. These limits are displayed within the game interface and are subject to change at phillucky's discretion.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, phillucky reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. phillucky's decision in such matters is final.

6.4 Disconnection Policy. phillucky is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or other technical issues on the player's side. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before placing wagers.

6.5 Game Rules. Specific rules for each game are available within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before wagering real money.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phillucky and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on phillucky.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus offers.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the phillucky Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with phillucky's software, games, or security systems.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
• Accessing phillucky from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your phillucky account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward phillucky staff or other players.

Responsible Gaming

phillucky collects personal data including but not limited to your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity records. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and improve the phillucky Platform.

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phillucky Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any phillucky content without prior written consent from phillucky.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phillucky, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the phillucky Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, disconnections, or system errors.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond phillucky's reasonable control.

phillucky's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phillucky account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit phillucky's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

Account Termination

12.1 Termination by You. You may close your phillucky account at any time by contacting phillucky's customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

12.2 Termination by phillucky. phillucky reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if phillucky reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the phillucky Platform is immediately revoked. phillucky reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation in cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or material breach of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

phillucky operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of phillucky complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

Amendments

phillucky reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page at phillucky.net/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Where changes are material, phillucky will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-Platform notification. Your continued use of phillucky following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
